Products and grades
Q. What kind of matcha do you offer?
A. We primarily offer high-quality ceremonial-grade matcha, sourced through direct partnerships with tea farmers across Japan. We also provide multiple cultivars and blends depending on the intended use.
Q. What is the difference between SS, S, A, and B grades?
A. These refer to our internal quality ranking within ceremonial-grade matcha. SS is the highest grade, followed by S, A, and B. Both SS and S are considered ceremonial-grade quality.
Q. Do you offer organic matcha?
A. Yes, we currently offer certified organic matcha such as Organic Matcha S (Kagoshima) and Saeakari, both of which are organically certified varieties.
Pricing & Wholesale Conditions
Q. From how many kilograms is the wholesale price available?
A. The 1kg price listed on our online store is already a wholesale price. For orders of 10kg or more per single product, we can offer a slightly better wholesale rate than the online price. Pricing varies depending on grade, cultivar, and season (especially during the new harvest period). For orders of 10kg or more of a single item, please contact us via Instagram DM or email.
Q. Do your prices fluctuate?
A. Yes, matcha is an agricultural product, and especially first harvest tea (Ichibancha) has limited annual yield. Therefore, market prices may vary depending on annual harvest volume and quality. If you prefer price stability, we can secure inventory in advance through an annual contract, allowing us to offer more stable pricing.
Q. Do you offer lower prices for orders over 100kg?
A. Most of our production is already allocated through annual contracts, so available stock for such large volumes is limited. However, if you share your desired grade, quantity, and target price range, we will do our best to propose suitable options. Please note that in some cases, availability may not meet demand depending on the season.

Q. Can I order samples?
A. Yes, you can purchase 20g or 1kg samples directly through our online store.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Products that are in stock are usually shipped immediately. Sample orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery generally takes around 3–7 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Q. Are samples free of charge?
A. We do not offer free samples or discounts on sample orders. All samples must be purchased through our online store.
