Lead time and shipping, before you order.
How long does preparation take?
In-stock orders usually dispatch in 2–3 business days. Orders requiring processing, larger quantities or custom packaging need separate preparation-time confirmation. Preparation before dispatch is different from transit time after dispatch.
How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping from Japan depends on the destination, order weight and packaging. Review the shipping charge before payment. Transit is usually 4–7 days after dispatch, but customs and transport conditions may cause delays. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
