Returns and exchanges due to customer preference are generally not accepted. However, if foreign substances unrelated to the matcha production process are found in the product, or if you receive an item different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review the situation and provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

Please note that slight variations in color or aroma may occur between batches, as these are natural agricultural products, and such variations are not eligible for returns or refunds.
